Hi,
We are thinking of moving to the South Riding area, we really like the Ridings at Blue Springs. I would like to hear from people who live there now what the pros/cons are. We live in Fair Lakes now, so I know the obvious is traffic, but really more as far as the neighborhood itself is concerned.

Thanks so much!!

South Riding offers more of a community feel than Ridings at blue spring. Schools are closer, more than 4 pools and lots of events all year long. Traffic is difficult on route 50, but once we get all the retail over the next year it won't be an issue.

South Riding is a great place to live. We have the best schools in the neighborhood, pools, public parks, tennis courts, retail spaces, 2 grocery stores... It does have a real community feel to it and the proprietary is great, they organize community events all year long. If you're going to move out this way, with all the spring listings here on the market, I think you'd be very happy with the choice. If you moved into Blue Springs, you'd have to come over to SR for everything anyway.

We are considering sending our daughter who will be entering kindergarten to a private Christian school in Leesburg. Any thoughts?
